What is Confidence?

Confidence is the inner knowledge that no matter what you face, you believe that you have the ability to achieve anything. Having the courage to take that first baby step builds the confidence to take another.

When our confidence or self-esteem is low or non-existent we feel vulnerable, frightened and exposed. Each one of life’s knocks then sets us back into an existence of self-doubt and self-sabotage. It is at this point that we allow others to walk all over us and bully us into fulfilling their needs and wants whilst completely ignoring our own.

Do people put you down? Do they tell you you’re not good enough? Do they say that you don’t have the brain to achieve your dreams? Do you allow this? Do you really believe what they are saying? Do you want to release those limiting beliefs and feel more confident and in control of you? How would it be if you were to put your needs first for an hour?

As a Life Coach I chose to specialise in coaching individuals to build their self-esteem and self-confidence because I passionately believe that when your confidence is solid, you have a foundation of power within you to achieve anything you set your heart on.

The self-esteem and confidence coaching programme is tailored to suit your needs and only takes six-weeks of one to one coaching where you will rediscover the authentic, wonderful, fun loving, confident you.

Confidence building workshops

Belief in yourself, your skills and your abilities is the foundation of confidence. Self-belief and confidence will provide you with the knowledge that you have the ability to know absolutely that you can handle any situation that you face. Confidence can only come from within; it is your thoughts that determine how you feel and consequently, what then creates your motivation to act.

This workshop is all about you!

With the use of blissful music, positive affirmations and visualisations you will be re-introduced to yourself, to the wonderful you - who you really are – deep inside your core. You will be asked to look inside yourself to understand where those limiting thoughts that hold you back have come from. We will peel back the layers to your core so you identify all your strengths and positive beliefs and what it is that you really want from your life and all that you are going to do to achieve it!
